When you say avocado, what is the first recipe that comes to mind? Do you see yourself dipping a crunchy nacho into a delicious guacamole? Or you rather fancy the beautifully sliced avocado on sourdough, accompanied by eggs perhaps? I’ve personally had only savory fantasies with avocado so far and except for an avocado smoothie with milk and honey I tried a while ago, I never imagined I would like avocado in sweet dishes so much!
Here is my favorite breakfast at the moment. It involves avocado and coconut sugar!
What I use:
1 natural yogurt (150 gr) /can easily be replaced by vegetal milk
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar (use more if needed)
1 banana, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
1/2 ripe avocado
Put the yogurt in your favorite breakfast bowl, add 2 spoons of chia seeds and one of coconut sugar, mix for 2 minutes with a teaspoon. Add the sliced of banana and mix well. Top it with the avocado and kiwi sliced and add the remaining coconut sugar on the avocado. You can add even more sugar, yum!
